As a Sr.Sustainability & Environmental Specialist at Beyond Smart Cities (P) LTD,KRISHNAJI PAWAR works closely with clients to integrate green building strategies throughout the design and construction process. Leadership of the conception and implementation of city-scale strategic sustainability and environmental policies, plans, and initiatives. Management of the waste management master plan, environmental impact assessment, CEMP and built asset sustainability standards development. Creation of CSR approach for District & Infrastructure Development.
- Coordinates the effective, high quality and timely interface between the Environment and other project Departments in relation to asset design for nominated projects across project
- Drives the implementation of best practice and innovative design through an integrated development process with the objective of achieving project sustainability goals for the buildings and iconic assets.
- Interfaces closely with the Sustainable Development Division to ensure appropriate, rigorous, and timely assessment of project development projects.
- Responsible for proactively engaging with planning and design teams on all building design related environmental and sustainability issues.
- Guides building designers and sustainability specialists in the sustainability compliance of the assets.
Manages the compliance review of the Sustainable Building documentation
- Provides technical support and guidance related to sustainability within project and to external stakeholders where interface is required (e.g. developers/ consultants/ suppliers).
