Welcome to Learn from Beyond Smart Cities.
The following service terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Learn from Beyond Cities platform (“Learn from Beyond Smart Cities” or the “Site”), owned and operated by Beyond Smart Cities Private Ltd. (“Beyond Smart Cities”, also referred to as “we”).
Please read these Terms carefully before you start using Learn from Beyond Smart Cities. By using Learn from Beyond Smart Cities you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Terms and our Privacy Policy, found here, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site. These Terms are supplemental to Beyond Smart Cities.com’s general terms of service, found here (the: “Terms of Service”), which also apply to Learn from Beyond Smart Cities.
Learn from Beyond Smart Cities is an online marketplace providing online courses in a variety of subjects (the “Course”), exclusive to Beyond Smart Cities specialists and users. Each course is designed and taught by independent instructors (the “Instructors”). Beyond Smart Cities is not responsible for the content, quality, or level of the courses or any content or service provided by the instructors. Furthermore, Beyond Smart Cities does not warrant or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the courses and/or any information provided by the instructors. We advise consumers to utilise our rating system while selecting suitable course offerings.
As a marketplace for green technology, we neither inspect courses for legal issues nor review the legality of course content. Your use of a course, its content, and any additional goods received from the website is at your own risk. You accept all responsibility for any actions taken as a result of using a course.
Copyright Infringement
Instructors warrant that any content included in their Courses are original work conceived by the Instructors and shall not infringe any third party rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks or service marks. In the event that certain music or stock-footage media are incorporated within the Courses, Instructors represent and warrant that they hold a valid license to use such music and/or footage and to include them in the Courses.
Beyond Smart Cities will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement. Our Intellectual Property claims procedures can be reviewed here.
Third Party Websites
Courses on “Learn from Beyond Smart Cities” may contain links to or references to websites that Beyond Smart Cities neither owns nor controls. You do so at your own risk if you decide to access third-party websites and use the information and services they provide. Beyond Smart Cities is not liable for any harm or loss, whatever of the cause, resulting from the use of or reliance on any information, content, products, or services located on or accessed through a third-party website. Users are encouraged to thoroughly understand the terms and conditions offered by each service provider before to use their services.
License
When you enrol in a course, the instructors grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to access the course and its supporting materials for personal, non-commercial use. The course may not be distributed, transmitted, assigned, sold, broadcast, rented, shared, modified, or otherwise transferred or used.
The licence granted for each course is valid for at least one year from the date of purchase. However, we reserve the right to revoke Instructors’ licences sooner if we are obliged to do so for legal or policy reasons (for example, if the course is the subject of a copyright claim). If we believe that you have violated these terms or our general terms of service, your licence may be terminated immediately. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to extend your access to the course beyond the initial one-year period.
Payment
Courses are paid for in advance. You may purchase a Course using a Credit Card only. For all other payment terms please read the purchasing section in our Terms of Service, found here. You may be charged with indirect taxes (such as sales tax, VAT or GST) depending on your residency, location and any applicable law, in addition to the Course price shown on the Course page.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with a Course for any reason, please let us know using the Contact Us page. Within 30 days after the purchase date, you may request a refund if you decide to discontinue your enrollment in a specific Course.
Please note that if you have already completed the Course, you are not eligible for a refund.
In addition, customers who purchase and return several Courses may be liable to suspension for policy abuse.
Depending on your financial institution, the refund procedure typically takes between 5 and 10 business days; however, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
If it has been more than 10 working days since Learn from Beyond Smart Cities processed your refund, please contact your bank directly to enquire about its status.
You may only request a refund for unfinished Courses if you purchased a programme containing multiple Courses, according to the limitations outlined above. In such circumstances, the refund amount will equal the Program’s entire price minus the full price of any completed Courses (regardless of the discount given for those Courses as part of the program).
Early Bird Discounts
Beyond Smart Cities may provide “early bird discounts” for new and exciting courses on the website. Pre-registering for a course may qualify you for a price reduction in cases where early bird discounts are available. After the launch of the course, the early bird discount will no longer be accessible. Promotional discounts have a limited duration and may expire at any time without additional notice.
Promo Codes
On occasion, we may provide you with discount codes for purchasing courses and programmes on the website at a reduced price. To redeem a promotional code, simply enter the code at checkout. If you fail to do so, the discount will not apply to your transaction. The discount will be applied to the total purchase amount. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offers. Different promotional coupons are subject to varying time restrictions and will expire after their specified duration. Therefore, promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash, have no cash value, and are nonrefundable, as they solely serve as an incentive to utilise Learn from Beyond Smart Cities. Promotional codes may be subject to additional terms and restrictions, which will be communicated to you upon receipt. In cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms, promotional coupons may be invalidated. Beyond Smart Cities retains the right to alter or terminate promotional codes at any moment. In the event that you or Beyond Smart Cities deactivate or suspend your account, any unused promotional codes will be forfeited.
Course Badges and Benefits
After successfully completing a course, a course badge will be shown on your seller page to indicate that you have completed the course. The emblem will continue to be shown on your seller page. In addition, because finishing a course contributes to your professional skills, your specialised services may become more visible and noticeable on the market.
In this context, “successfully completing” a course means that you have independently viewed all the video content, performed all the activities, and passed the final exam and/or Question Bank.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NEITHER BEYOND SMART CITIES NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH BEYOND SMART CITIES MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE WEBSITE’S COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Limitation on Liability
BEYOND SMART CITIES, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY

We reserve the right to suspend your account should we notice any activity we determine to be fraudulent or inappropriate.
Users who are suspended from Beyond Smart Cities due to a violation of our terms of service cannot access Learn from Beyond Smart Cities and cannot continue learning courses on the site. In such cases, all refund requests will be denied.
We may make changes to these terms from time to time. When these changes are made, we will make a new copy of the Terms available on this page.
You understand and agree that if you use the site after the date on which the terms have changed, we will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to close or suspend the site and/or the Learn from Beyond Smart Cities platform (including the badges and related benefits) at any time without notice.
