We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Beyond Smart Cities can be refunded within 30 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. 

Tell us if you are unhappy with a course for any reason using the Contact Us page. Should you want to quit studying a particular course, you may request a refund thirty days from the day of purchase.

Please Note: If you have completed the course or practice exam question bank, you will not be eligible for a refund. Also, users who purchase and refund multiple courses may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

The refund process usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution; however, in some cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by Learn from Beyond Smart Cities, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund.

Additional reasons for denied refunds.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

• Before requesting a refund, a student consumed or downloaded a significant portion of the course.

• A student has requested multiple refunds for the same course.

• A student has demanded excessive refunds.

• Users who have their account reported, banned, or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines. 

• We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information). 

We will enforce these refund restrictions to the extent that applicable law permits. 

If you purchased a program of multiple courses, you can ask for refunds for uncompleted courses only, subject to the terms described above. In such cases, the refund amount will be the program’s total price minus the completed courses’ full price (regardless of the discount given for those courses as part of the program).
